Who are we
Said Nursi Mosque aspires to become a community hub in Tottenham. The masjid is located within the walking distance to Northumberland Park Overground Train Station and Bus Station. This is a also a very short drive from A406 – Angel/Montagu Road Junction.
The mosque was registered as Nur Cultural Education Association in 2009 with Companies House and later registered with Charity Commission for England and Wales. In 2012, the organisation started its operation as Said Nursi Mosque with providing daily prayer facilities. From 2016, the mosque started providing 5 daily prayers facilities for both men and women including Friday’s Jumu’ah with Khutbah, Taraweeh in Ramadan and Islamic School facility with Qur’an and Tazweed classes. We host many activities and events such as Food Bazaar, Fundraising events, Football Matches and Indoor and outdoor fun activities for children. We also have classes for adults.We are planning to extend the Islamic School service and a Nursery for the children during the weekdays. Please contact us to know more.
Our Mission
Our mission is to serve the humanity at large and promote the message of Holy Qur’an - the word of Allah SWT, and the teachings of Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him) - the last and final messenger of Allah SWT and to create a safe and comfortable atmosphere where believers may congregate for prayers.
